Step 1: First Contact!
Once you've determined you'd like to request my services, you can contact me to check for availability. Text messages are the easiest way to get ahold of me!

Step 2: Schedule a Meet & Greet!
I offer a free 45-minute consultation, what I call a Meet & Greet. These are scheduled before the first booking so that I can get a layout of the property, exchange paperwork, & most importantly, get acquainted with your animals!
Meet & Greets can go longer than 45 minutes but are subject to being billed for the additional time spent.

Step 3: Getting Established!
At the Meet & Greet, I leave with you a plethora of paperwork that will provide me with all the information I need to create a thorough Client File for you. This paperwork is typically a one-time requirement.
This way, months & months can pass between bookings, we can confirm if the information in your file is still correct, and then go about providing the best care possible for your animals in the most efficient way.
As of now the Client Packet includes a Service Contract, Pet Information Sheet(s), Livestock Information Sheet(s), Household Information Sheet, and a Veterinary Release Form. The specific Information Sheet(s) provided will vary based on the Client's individual needs.

Step 4: The First Booking!
Next, you complete the paperwork with the most detailed, up-to-date information and leave it out for me to pick up on the arrival of my first scheduled booking.
After this, you are an Established Client and have created a "Care File" with me for future services.
Going forward as an Established Client means you need to only ask about availability, and Last-Minute requests can be more easily accommodated, though not guaranteed.

Extra A: Refreshers!
If your animals are weary of people and/or it’s been some time since the Sitter was around the animals, a Refresher visit can be arranged before the next scheduled booking.
This is just a 15 minute visit where the Sitter can be there with the Owners present to remind the animals it’s all okay.
There is a flat fee of $10 for scheduling Refreshers. I have no problem doing this, just let me know in advance. Some animals just need extra reminders and associations!

Extra B: Key Exchanges!
When it comes to providing care, I prefer to have access to the house without needing to arrange a key pick up and then a key return. This is just do to scheduling demands. If a key is required to be returned IMMEDIATELY after the booking, and not at my convenience of when my schedule brings me to your area, then a flat fee of $10 is applied for the rush.
The ideal set up is a lock box for the key located on the property, or providing Pawsome Pet Care with a "permanent" copy of a key for use during bookings.
