1: Once you've determined you'd like to request my services, you can contact me to check for availability. Text messages are the easiest way to get ahold of me.
2: I offer a free 45-minute consultation, what I call a Meet & Greet. These are scheduled before the first booking so that I can get a layout of the property, exchange paperwork, & most importantly, get aquatinted with your animals!
*Meet & Greets can last longer than 45 minutes but are subject to being billed for the additional time spent*
3: At the Meet & Greet, I leave with you a plethora of paperwork that will provide me with all the information I need to create a thorough Client File for you. This tedious amount of paperwork is typically a one-time requirement. This way, months & months can pass between bookings, I can check if the information in your file is still correct, and then go about providing the best care possible for your animals in the most efficient way.
*As of now the Client Packet includes a Contract, Pet Information Sheet(s), Livestock Information Sheet(s), Household Information Sheet, and a Veterinary Release Form. The specific Information Sheet(s) provided will vary based on the Client's individual needs*
4: Next, you complete the paperwork with the most detailed, up-to-date information and leave it out for me to pick up on the arrival of my first booking.
