Pet-Related Product Run:
If you forgot to stock up on your pet’s food or get that medication from the vet, don’t fret!For a $10 charge, & reimbursement of any product purchased, Pawsome Pet Care can get what you need! Photos of the receipt(s) will be provided!

Client Refreshers:
If the animals are weary of people and/or it’s been some time since the Sitter was around the animals, a Refresher visit can be arranged before the start of the scheduled booking. The default Refresher is a 15 minute visit where the Sitter can be there with the Owners present to remind the animals "it’s all okay".
There is a flat fee of $10 for scheduling Refreshers.

Pawsome Pet Care Policies
Gas Fee:
For any locations over 10 miles from my physical address (Columbia), there is a $0.70 per mile fee (IRS-based); it is then doubled for the round trip cost. The exact amount can be determined during scheduled Meet & Greets when further details of the bookings are discussed.

Puppy/Kitten Fee:
If the pet is a small breed puppy or kitten under 1 year old, or a large breed puppy under 1.5 years old, an additional $5 per day of booking is billed for Overnight Care and Per-Hour Care, and an additional $2 is added to each Drop-In Visit or Walk.

Holiday Fee:
There is a rate of 1.5 times that of the normal rate for any services provided on Valentines Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

Last-Minute Booking Fee:
For any requests made less than 7 days prior to the day of the first scheduled visit/first Meet & Greet will result in an additional $5 "Late Notice" charge.

Cancellation Fee:
Failure by the client to cancel any booking by giving Pawsome Pet Care the minimum 7 days’ notice required, or 10 days’ notice required during Holiday periods, will result in a 50% Cancellation Fee of the total amount due; unless such cancellation is caused by severe weather, death in the family, or a medical emergency.

Payment:
The total for each individual booking shall be payable within 3 days upon completion of the booking. The booking may be paid for ahead of time.
Card payments cannot be accepted at this time.
Bookings can be paid via check, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.

Any modifications that involve a change in services rendered may incur additional fees/charges.
Additional fees may be added to include costs for any extensive cleaning, unexpected visits, planned/unplanned transportation, emergency expenses for health care, and the purchase of necessary items for the care of the pet(s), including pet food, litter, cleaning supplies, etc.Pawsome Pet Care will provide receipts as proof of any additional purchases made.
