In-Home Overnight Care
$50.00
I stay in your home overnight while away, keeping the routine as usual, and caring for the animals just as you would. This service also includes light watering of plants, getting the mail/packages, and maintaining the trash/recycling services. Care will be providing evening & morning meals along with potty breaks to the pet(s). In addition, they receive love, attention, companionship, playtime, and if allowed, they'll even sleep with me!
This $45 covers the time from 9 pm to 8 am only!

Pet Walking

I can come hang out with your dogs or cats and take them on a walk around your neighborhood. Walks are 20 to 30 minutes long and can be done once or twice per day.
Longer walks of 45-60 minutes can be arranged, with a base rate of $33 for one dog.
Each additional pet for the walk is $5.
I can walk up to 3 animals at one time, but no more due to my personal safety concerns.
Walks are ideal for the "paw-rent" that doesn't want their beloved dog cooped up all day. With this service, the pets are walked on their usual route(s), and given potty breaks along the way, with lots of time for sniffs. & As always, they receive love, attention, and companionship from me. Hopefully they return home all tuckered out!
Each added pet for walks is an additional $5. I will walk no more than 3 animals at a time for my own safety concerns.
Any puppy that is under 6 months of age will not be walked for safety reasons. They have immature immune systems and while the final round of vaccinations should end between 14-16 weeks old, vets recommend waiting another 2 weeks before introducing them to walks to allow that protection to build. For that extra safety net, Pawsome Pet Care professionally waits until they are 6 months old.

Often people use this service for pets that don't like being left alone, but the owners have commitments that will take up a portion of the day. And as much as we hate it, we can't bring our precious pets everywhere, even if we want to.
Per-Hour Care is ideal for those days with a long meeting, a doctors appointment out of town, or even a fun day-trip where you don't have to worry about the pet care responsibilities at home!
Possible additional costs include:

Like my Overnight Care, I will love on your animals just as you would, and help the house to remain on schedule while you're away.This can include light watering of plants, getting the mail, and maintaining the trash/recycling services. 15 Minute Drop-Ins are ideal for "paw-rents" who have cats or caged-critters (birds, bunnies, turtles, snakes, etc.) who just need the animals checked on/fed & the litter boxes/cages cleaned.
Once or twice weekly 15-Minute Drop-Ins are also great for litter box maintenance, backyard pooper scooper services, or animal care that might need supplementation (i.e. pregnant person can no longer clean litter boxes, person with mobility issues make task challenging, person recovering from a health issue/procedure, etc.).

If you forgot to stock up on your pet’s food or get that medication from the vet, don’t fret! For a $10 charge, & reimbursement of any product purchased, Pawsome Pet Care can get what you need! Photos of the receipt(s) will be provided!

Client Refreshers:
If the animals are weary of people and/or it’s been some time since the Sitter was around the animals, a Refresher visit can be arranged before the start of the scheduled booking. This is just a 15 minute visit where the Sitter can be there with the Owners present to remind the animals it’s all okay.
There is a flat fee of $10 for scheduling Refreshers.

Pawsome Pet Care Policies
Gas Fee:
For any locations over 10 miles from my physical address (Columbia), there is a $0.655 per mile fee (IRS-based); it is then doubled for the round trip cost. The exact amount can be determined during scheduled Meet & Greets when further details of the bookings are discussed.

Puppy/Kitten Fee:
If the pet is a small breed puppy or kitten under 1 year old, or a large breed puppy under 1.5 years old, an additional $5 per day of booking is billed for Overnight Care and Per-Hour Care, and an additional $2 is added to each Drop-In Visit or Walk.

Holiday Fee:
There is a rate of 1.5 times that of the normal rate for any services provided on Valentines Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

Last-Minute Booking Fee:
For any requests made less than 7 days prior to the day of the first scheduled visit/first Meet & Greet will result in an additional $5 charge.

Cancellation Fee:
Failure by the client to cancel any booking by giving Pawsome Pet Care the minimum 7 days’ notice required, or 10 days’ notice required during Holiday periods, will result in a 50% Cancellation Fee of the total amount due; unless such cancellation is caused by severe weather, death in the family, or a medical emergency.

Payment:
The total for each individual booking shall be payable within 3 days upon completion of the booking. The booking may be paid for ahead of time. Card payments cannot be accepted at this time.

Any modifications that involve a change in services rendered may incur additional fees/charges.
Additional fees may be incurred to include costs for any extensive cleaning, unexpected visits, planned/unplanned transportation, emergency expenses for health care, and the purchase of necessary items for the care of the pet(s), including pet food, litter, or cleaning supplies, etc. Pawsome Pet Care will provide receipts as proof of any additional purchases made.
